About the Club
The Midget & Sprite Club(MASC) was formed in October 1983 to bring together all Midget & Sprite MK's built between 1958 & 1979. Unlike the established one marque clubs who have to cater for a wide variety of different cars and therefore owner's interests, MASC can concentrate exclusively on these highly successful small cars.
This UK based club is run by enthusiasts for enthusiasts, it is not a business but a democratically run club whose one aim is to provide the best possible service to its members and their cars.
The original 'Frogeye' of 1958 was the beginning of a long and successful run of highly enjoyable yet inexpensive sports cars. The MASC relates to just that by encouraging members to enjoy their cars to the full whilst keeping costs low. Be it restoration, running repairs, competitive or social events, MASC can be of assistance, we have discount facilities on new parts and a healthy exchange of second - hand items. We can also help find or sell a Midget or Sprite for you.
We are an active club with a very full calendar of both motoring and social events throughout the year and of course plenty of helpful advice for those engaged in repair or restoration work. Our monthly magazine, 'MASCOT', keeps members well informed of club activities, technical features and member's advertisements.
We have monthly meetings in an ever growing number of active areas where members can meet for a friendly natter and are always pleased to welcome new faces.
