MGB or Magnette 2.0 Litre B-series Engine and O/D Gearbox
I have an MGB engine professionally modified to 2 litres fitted to my 1958 MG Magnette.
Twin 1 3/4" SU's, Custom professionally manufactured tubular manifold, electronic ignition.
The sump oil pickup has been modified for the Magnette and the Magnette sump retained.
It pulls like a train.
The engine could easily be fitted to an MGB, it would just need the oil pickup and sump swapped.
Mated to a 5 syncro overdrive gearbox. The package also includes a modified propshaft.
This all cost me many thousands to put together. I am selling as I am finally ready to fit a V8.
Tha engine is currently in the car and can be seen/test driven.
For this to be viable I need 1400 for the lot. I can send you images if you are interested
