Sunday Lunch 12 May 2002

    Sunday the 12th of May saw the get-together of  Y Type cars and owners. Attending with their cars were Rod Davieson from Stockport, Bill & Helen Bennett from Macclesfield, Andrew & Arlene Coulson from Ripon, and Bernard Meynell and his wife from Middlesborough, also Y Type owner Ted Burke and his wife, who own YB 1524, reg MG 7317, YT owners Mike Silk and his wife from Wakefield, and pat and myself from Bury.

    I had a few replies from owners who couldn't make it but I would have thought more owners may have attended knowing the central location of the pub.

    The owners of the Sovereign pub were able to offer suitable tables so that we could all sit down and eat together, the food was excellent and the topic of conversation was varied.
We all had a good time and look forward to meeting again in the future.
