Sales brochures, have, over many years been a buyer's "first introduction" to a model. Through the passage of time, and the changing ownership, you may not have had such a privilege. These brochures offer an amazing insight into a bygone era, of cloth caps, pipes and tweed jackets, when advertising standards were practically non-existent, and where (like the advertisements) artistic licence was more the order of the day. As some of these brochures are bigger than A3 (when opened out fully), they have been reduced to 1/4 size to speed downloading.

The original brochure - Early 1947 Note the subtle differences between this and the later 1948 one. Other than these pages, the brochures are identical. Unlike the later colour chart supplied by Willem van der Veer, this one does not have any press opinions.

Whereas the Export Colour Chart is a simple piece of paper folded over about it's centre axis, the Home Colour Chart is a much more fanciful affair. It is again a single sheet, but twice the size of the export one, printed on both sides, with the colour chart information on one side, so that page one and four are top left and right and page two and three are upside down on the same side of the page. When you completely unfold the chart, the Press Opinions can be found on the inside. The file has been made deliberately high definition (at 432 kb) so that you can read the comments.
